Restaurant STEAKTRAIN
Our STEAKTRAIN restaurant offers a range of culinary highlights, including meat specialities such as free range European beef and Argentinian steaks, together with poultry and fish. Steaks are cooked over an open fire on our 300° C lava grill, giving them that incomparable barbecued flavour, which is enhanced by a selection of delicious sauces and side dishes. The culinary range and the unique ambience – which is modelled on a historical luxury dining car – will ensure a very special meal.
The special recommendation of our chef de cuisine is “entrecôte double” for two persons, a double rump steak weighing 360 g from the lava grill, with two side dishes and two sauces and chutneys which can in each case be selected from a range of fifteen. A bottle of wine is served to accompany the steak.
